We have taken great care to ensure availability of all products listed on our website and try to despatch all items on time. If the products you have ordered are not available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise a longer delivery time or suggest an alternative. You will have the option of waiting, choosing an alternative or cancelling your order. Where possible we can place special orders if a particular product/size is out of stock. This will be subject to availability of stock from the supplier.
We have several delivery options available and we are doing our best to ensure your shoes arrive as quickly as possible and by the delivery method selected. We have no liability to you for the failure of the selected delivery service to meet the indicated delivery times, provided items are dispatched on time according to our service commitment. Please bear in mind weekends, bank holidays and busy times of the year, i.e. Christmas, all deliveries are likely to take longer, and this is outside of our control and we cannot be liable for any issues relating to delayed receipt of orders dispatched on time. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time prior to dispatch and can do this by contacting us on alan@plainsimpledesign.com
We have made every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is as accurate as possible. Descriptions and prices of products shown are correct at time of publishing. However, errors do sometimes occur and if we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product. However, the actual colour you see will depend on the resolution of your computer. We cannot guarantee that the colour, texture or detail of the product will be accurate as that displayed by your computer.
We accept payment with PayPal, debit and credit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until they are despatched to you. If you have out of stock items on your order, we will charge and despatch the in-stock items and the out of stock items will follow.
